Secured Mode
It is now a little easier to move away from secured mode. The reserves of offensive and strategic weapons must be reactivated as before but the total of the offensive and strategic indexes must be smaller than 500. This was 300 before.
The blackout period before it is possible to move back into secured mode is now 6 game months. (Used to be 2 game months). Quick back and forth switching is now a little harder.
