Reduction in the number of targets per country
Maps are crowded and war against a large country can be too complex. We have started a process that will reduce the number of cities in all countries with large population. Cities will become larger and their number will decline. The process is slow and will end up with 16 to 40 large cities per country depending on the population.
The number of towns and counties will decline in a similar fashion.
The number of military bases and fortifications will also decline with maximal numbers being reduced. Countries with too high numbers of military bases and fortifications will see these numbers decline gradually and they will receive compensation for the value of these military objects.
