Pending workers
The pending workers numbers are showing the number of workers or professionals that are needed for facilities or weapon systems that are under construction. This includes teachers for schools under construction, doctors, workers for corporations that are in queue to be built etc.
The numbers can help in decisions on new factories etc. but they never block the building of any facilities.
For some technical reasons, the numbers can be too high in some cases and as a result, confusing.
We intend to fix the problem. It is on our plan but involves more work and increased systems load and we have delayed implementation. A quicker solution is to reset these numbers from time to time. Errors in these numbers accumulate very slowly, clearing them once a month or two is probably sufficient.
