Easier move away from Secured Mode
It is now easier to move your country away from secured mode. The limit to the sum of the offensive and strategic indexes when you try to remove secured mode is increased from 500 to 600. If the total of these two indexes is lower than 600, you can move the country away from secured mode.
The index level is measured when all weapons are reactivated.
