Deregistration of a Country During War
There are some strict conditions that make it possible to abandon a country during a war. These conditions are:
The war duration is >30 game months AND the war index is > 10 AND net cash of the country is < 0.
If all three conditions are met, the country can be abandoned while the war is ongoing. The result of such action will be that the war will end instantly and the country will belong to no one.
