Conditions for a manual IPO
We have lowered the minimum required asset value of a corporation that is needed for the corporation to make an IPO. As cash levels are declining, asset values of corporations will decline too while the corporations may have the same excellent conditions that are sufficient for an IPO.
In time, as cash levels and prices in Simcountry reduce even further, the conditions for an IPO will be reduced even further but taking corporations public will become more demanding and the public corporations will become more exclusive. Failing public corporations will be taken out of the market.
Public corporations will be enhanced and will become even more beneficial to their owners and the countries where they reside. Their numbers will decline and only excellent corporations will be able to go public.
