Cash in Public Corporations
Public corporations are now allowed to accumulate cash reserves up to a level of 200B. When reaching 200B in cash, some of the money will be used for dividends but cash levels will not be pushed back under 200B.
This change, triggered by players, will allow public corporations some reserves for bad periods and will not force them to dilute and sell more shares.
