How much game money can be exchanged
A country or an enterprise can exchange game money into Gold Coins if the total amount of available cash after the exchange remains higher than 2000 B and in addition, the total amount of net cash also remains higher than 2000 B.
Net cash is the cash the country or enterprise has plus the outstanding loans less the loans it has received.
Example1: Cash 3100 B, Loans received: 1000 B loans given 1200 B. The cash is > 2000 B, Net cash is 3100 - 1000 + 1200 = 3300 B. The country or enterprise can exchange up to 1300 B in cash into Gold Coins.
Example2: Cash 2600 B, Loans received: 2000 B loans given 1200 B. The cash is > 2000 B but the net cash is 2600 - 2000 + 1200 = 1800 B. The country or enterprise cannot exchange cash into coins.
Taking a loan to increase the cash position does not change the net cash and if net cash is insufficient, a loan will not change the situation.
A country or an enterprise can exchange cash into coins at a rate of one Gold Coin per two game months and can build up the exchange rights up to 30 Gold Coins. Daily exchanges are not needed and players can check their situation once in several days and make their decisions.
