His most Imperial Majesty, Matthew I, protector and Royal sovereign of Batavia and her dominions brings a message to the nation of 'South Korea' and to all nations on White Giant at the behest of the chairman of the White Giant Alliance.
To the Dictator of South Korea, your unprovoked provocations aimed at the Empire of Beijing will no longer be tolerated by the White Giant Alliance. You signed a peace accord with the Empire following your surrender during the last war. You agreed to a non-aggression pact and to disavow all claims to the former state of "North Korea". After Beijing benevolently allowed you to flee, you went back on your word. Your Government then acquired nuclear weapons as you threatened to bring the Empire of China "To it's Knees".
We will not allow rouge states to threaten our members and back out of agreements made to maintain the peace.
While you have so far rejected any sort of talks, even with various other members of our Federation, our Chairman has authorized me to give you an official ultimatum: Disband your nuclear forces immediately and start in negotiations with the White Giant Alliance. Or face retaliation from the Alliance.
To the members of White Giant, particularly the security council, we ask you to uphold the vote on the security council regarding South Korea. They represent a threat to global stability and seek to upend the international order. The W.G.A humbly asks that you help us bring stability to the global stage.
