SUB: ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO DOMINIONS OF KINGDOM OF BATAVIA IN STRIKING DISTANCE TO OUR MEMBER (AU) TERRITORY

We, the UDL, want to convey to you, a grave matter concerning the establishment of two of kingdom of Batavia's dominions namely; Dominion of Birmingham and Dominion of Westbrook, with in striking distance of the territories of our members state AU.

As per the stand taken by the WGA on such issues in the past, which even involved our member AU removing 3 states to avoid conflict, this action taken by the Kingdom of Batavia is Self contradictory.

So, Going by the previous norms and trend, we the UDL, appeal and humbly request to The Kingdom of Batavia to remove these two dominions or relocate them to other continents, to maintain the atmosphere of Security and Peace.

A statement from the WGA:

1. While we respect the sovereignty of the African Union, we have NEVER made any deal as a federation where we'd agree to being within "X number of territories" or where we would concede the ability to move where we pleased. Individual members are welcome to make deals as they wish, but we have never done so as a federation, nor do we have a desire to. The deal you refer to was one between just you and Amalie, and both of you have kept to the deal. No problem. Last thought on this topic: Even if Matthew was included in the deal, he's not close to you and wouldn't have breached the treaty that was signed by just you and Amalie. We don't really have any idea of what you're upset about.

2. Matthew's states are on Lacerta because the new guy, Lord Lee, is on Lacerta to attack members of our federation. He's labelled us his enemy, and built a large military threatening us there. This is easily verifiable. As such, we do not negotiate whether or not we can add additional states to support our federation mates. If Lee finally makes it to war level 3 and we wipe him out (or he simply deregisters), we will have less reason to have the same presence be on Lacerta, but what we do about it us up to us. Our presence on Lacerta was large before you even arrived to White Giant, David, and we will retain a large presence there. We aren't interested in what your opinion on the matter of how we defend ourselves is, as frankly, it doesn't involve you outside of your complaining. We are acting to better defend our members, which is the entire point of our federation.

3. We have 23 players. We exist all over. We have the majority of the weapons on the planet. There have been zero wars on White Giant in the last year. We are big, we are strong, and we do not run around attacking players. We are not aggressive. Our mission is to protect players from unwarranted aggression. Don't try to paint us as something we're not. If we wanted to attack you, we would just attack you, but that's not something we're interested in. Again, there hasn't been a war in over a year on White Giant. We are not being aggressive. Also, negotiating with you doesn't benefit us. What are you offering us? What services can you provide that we can't manage on our own? You're just asking we do what you say because you say it? That's not how this works.

For now, we'll continue to act in a manner that provides us the best security to our member states and allows us to provide support for our members as we prepare for the war that has been declared upon us. Perhaps you should consider proposing a non-aggression pact with us since you often seem to find or create drama about your perceived territory - but us giving up the rights to move around on White Giant is out of the question.

Hi, I am new guy, Idont know this conflict, but WGA seems more rational.

The Islamic Republic deeply respects the WGA and is publicly expressing our support for them. The WGA has demonstrated restraint in the past and present. I see you all never acted in a way that has resulted in massive loss of life.

I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. I'm thinking The African Union and SUN are in a secret agreement to destabilize the world and now the AU is using my former federation members who I have recently referred to as Unidad 2.0 who I discovered recently are mostly alts and are usually not
very active to bolster his position on the world stage.

The IR condemns destabilization efforts led by Lord Lee and President David. As President Amaile said you should try to work it out peacefully before running to the forum an act that I have noticed you do a lot. diplomacy should be worked behind closed doors. I have said all that I'm going to say on the matter.

Until this day I belonged to the UDL, for two reasons:

1. I don't like Arimsa at all; my departure from the Federation did not have to do with David, he seems to me a very human person; and

2. The DRC country had an earthquake and I decided to send 15 food relief units, as I have done with other countries and I have no regrets.

I did not communicate this decision to the Chairmand of the UDL Federation because I am not 5 years old and in my country I do what I want.

Helping other countries in the event of a disaster is contributing to peace.

Khalid Hassan: My dear friend, I personally do not believe that David is preparing a sinister plan together with other players to destabilize WG. Until a few minutes ago I belonged to the UDL, and I have no alter egos in the game, I know you did not refer to me. My sincere friendship to you, Khalid.

Now, if for having sent food relief units to a country that is not in harmony with others, someone comes up with the brilliant idea of
harassing me on the forum ... I really do not recommend it. Instead bomb my countries, boycott my economy, whatever but I will never regret having acted for the good of my fellow men.

My countries now are: Republica de Monteverde, Montecristo and Rio Macondo.

I am glad to be dealing with a mature, patient and prudent audience.

In order to PvP, one must be WL3 (War Level 3) to participate at all. However if one reaches that point, the WGA promises to protect all countries on the planet from needless aggression with our Operation: Overwatch. We also maintain a heavy presence on the Security council.

Being the largest Federation, with almost all WL3 being in our Federation, we have made it a goal to stop needless aggression since the nuclear war we fought against (our now federation mate) North Korea.

As an aside, I cannot possibly fathom how sending aid can be negative. All it does is speed up recovery and give the sender extra score. Sending out disaster aid was one of the first things I did when I started playing the game.

We appreciate your support and others in this matter. Our top priority is the stability of the planet and an environment where players can learn, grow and interact with each other. Regardless of how others seek to undermine that stability, we will persevere.

As with the situation with North Korea, any state we have hostilities with will know far in advance. We use our strength not for vanity, but to improve the game. My Empire will always be at the ready to defend those unjustly attacked.

The peace has held thus far with the WGA against a backdrop of aggression and antics from them! The Peace Accord is going well though!

I have interacted with members of the WGA for some time now and can say I have never interacted with a more sincere and honest group of Individuals in the years I have been on this Platform. I am fully confident of their abilities, sincerity and integrity and look forward to a strong future together as a member of their team.
