Lion WG looking for countries where can build corporations.
Tax range: from 0% to 30% (Which includes 5,10,15,20, and 25% tax percentage :))

Skyria and Skyria II are always looking for more ceo corps. While the low, medium, and high level workers are abit low at the moment, you can be assured that large shipments of them are traded in every few days (as the population count on Skyria can attest to).

You can also be assured of a large and healthy population of tech workers.

Not only that, but both countries have a high education index; Skyria alone has an education index of 275.

All of my countries are open and ready, at 0% tax forever. My main is New Hibernia, and check out all 10 of my countries on KB.
