The HYDRA Federation is officially asking for a negotiated settlement from Emperor Ludwig. We believe this war over raid targets is pointless and, at this point, entirely useless. The only thing this can lead to is extermination of either party off of the planet. Not only would this be a long process for each side, but for our part it is and never was our intention to do so.
We recognize that part of this conflict has started because of a perceived lack of respect, but you have fought and proved your point.
I offer the following:
- An end to all hostilities as they lie right now
- Borders as they are currently (You keep what you won, we keep what we won)
- A non aggression pact for three IRL months, though the time period can be extended indefinitely. No war decs, no sneak attacks.
- A rule set for raids in the future so no one steps on any toes. I am open to any suggestions, but I feel like a simple message of 'I'm taking X down' would suffice.
As for myself personally, I would also personally offer to cooperate with you in the future. The planet is big enough for both of us and we have no real goals against fighting you except that you are fighting us.
There are more than a few ways to win a war and getting the other side to not want to fight is one of them. I think it would also be possible to cooperate instead of being purely adversarial.
