Click on it from the map and rename. Dont have (SC) in the name or it doesnt change. I was having trouble renaming them other day till I discover it wont let you have (SC) in the name. Try that.

CEO's don't have maps!
I normally rename from Space Program menu, but unlike countries, i can't click the Space Station.
