Space Shuttles in CEO (Little Upsilon)

I have many space shuttles in my ceo.

How do I sell them to my country?

This country has a 'Cargo Shuttle' corporation. In order to not have the product sit in the corporation whenever finished, it was contracted to the country. The Cargo Shuttle was delivered, but it was always intended to sell to another leader, who had requested it. But, then this error message appeared: reference:

You can't sell Cargo Shuttles to other players.

Every other 'Strategic' product can be bought and sold via 'direct trade', but 'Cargo Shuttles" cannot, according to this error.

Below is the full screen of what was used, trying to sell 1 Cargo Shuttle via 'Direct Sale'.

In addition, the 'system'/Gamemaster gives an error message, not allowing the Cargo Shuttle corporation to contract to another country, as well.

There goes that idea.

I would like to be able to load my entire shuttle fleet full of nuclear warheads, and crash them all simultaneously into the world of my choice.
