And also ive noticed the seats of all the Elite Party are all names from the bible or Torah im not sure which.but isnt that saying that we are going to have a government of Israelite that have the last say in everything.why cant you have just bilateral system or have a large group of representatives from every continent or region.

I dunno why isn't water blue and apples pink, and bananas purple. Wouldn't that just be st00pid or crazy not sure which but neither sounds fun?

I hope you gain further support for your idea, its really cool once you get past a few objections. The Website is in the very least interesting, It has many links to Arkh's school, and other game news and tidbits. I especially liked the Natural Disasters Page, which listed many earthquakes and nuclear disasters to date. Quite accurate.

Good job, keep it up and be open to some changes in your charter from other players.

King i honestly have to say it sounds like a good idea and i do somewhat agree with this and yes it can use some improvement and could also do without the religous stuff becuase dont forget that not everyone is Christian i would think that it would need to be more politically or worldly.
like instead of the tribe of judah seat have something that goes with the game like senator of centura donna seat or representive of decambra all names of regions or continents of Lu.and instead of having 4 preset political parties have each indvidual fed a politcal party and the 2 or 3 largest feds would be running against each other like conservatives and democrats.

and it would be like a modern day government were the party that wins the most seats of the entire governments they would basicly be running the government as they see as the best way to run it.and too be qualified to run you need to be a full member for at least 1 or 2 weeks and active so you dont end up with half the government being inactive and if someone were to go inactive for more than 4 days or less they would be forced to give up there seat.and you would want it to be a vote instead of rising through ranks because it would give everyone an equal and fair chance of of possible being elected.
i wrote this pretty fast so there might be a lot of errors or things i forgot to put in.

This is how it is basically set, although, your ideas are most inspiring, and may impliment that idea.. Let me break down all of your concerns..
First, there must be a steady flow of people at the chatrooms.. That is first.. If that does not happen, then it is all vain..

2.I named them after the tribes of Israel because to let people be able to know history. I would like to keep them as that, but if a majority votes it out then I will change them to what we decide.. The World Government goes under the Chamber System. The Chamber structure is devided into 3 chambers Center Chamber, the Elite Party, the Left Chamber, Inner Party, The Right Chamber, Outer Party, and the Masses Party are all the new nations and have no power, and cannot vote.


3. I am going to explain the political parties.
The Elite Party is the Party that sets all the policies. The Elite Party controls the World Government. Everyone in the World Government wants to move into the Elite Party. That is what makes the elections so important. We may set the elections to 10 LU Years.

4. Inner Party is the oposition or the checks and balances of the Elite Party. The Inner Party can vote on all issues, but it is up to the Elite Party to enact them. The Inner Party is the Left chamber of the chamber Structure. The Inner Party runs in elections against the Elite Party. If the Inner Party member beats an incubent Elite Party member, then the Elite party member goes down to the Outer Party, and then runs against the Inner Party member to get back to the Elite Party, and it is a cycle. It will keep the government competitive, but non-corupt.

Outer Party: The Outer Party is the Party that is a medium experienced nation, who wants to move up to have some real say in policy. The outer party is allowed to vote on all issues, and elections, but have no real power.

Masses Party. The masses party are the new nations who have full memberships, but have not developed that much.

The federations are like the situations on the ground.. We get our policies from the input of the federations. it takes power away from the fed, and places it with the World Government, Same with the Security Council..

I hope that clears some stuff up.. I am going to change some things based on these posts....

King, while your at it - can you change the location of the fleet you have at Etruria please? I have asked nicely several times now but you have failed to move it. Also, it would be nice if you replied to your in game messages when someone is trying to help you.

Very Interesting, King has clearly shown this "IDEA" as a way to unite opposite parties on LU and maybe allow us to unite in a peaceful manner full of checks and balances without all the war and bloodshed that now looms on LU. It is also very clear that this "IDEA" is NOT an attempt to somehow take over the world and rule over everyone.

King has definitely shown that he has a passion for the game and indeed just wants to be involved in it on a more intense level through diplomacy and inviting discussion. . . even among objectors. I like the idea. There still has to be some further checks and balances to prevent former power bases from establishing and maintaining control after its full force is unleashed into SC.

On a positive note (NO OFFENCE SC) His chatroom IS VERY stable, and we or anyone could hang out there until the SC chat is stabilized (and we know it will be ) Cause the constant logging on and relogging on is redundant, and annoying.

The NULO is also an affiliate program with Simcountry, and it shows Hezekiah's true passion and intention on playing this game while involving the community and attempting to unite it. Even as Stuart struggles for world peace. . . who knows maybe a new leaf will turn over and they could collaborate together on the world peace idea. Me and Stu have had our differences, as King and him have before and look how well we get along.

Hi Wendy. Whilst I realise that I have had issues with both you and King in the past and that these are now resolved, I doubt very much that I will be working with King to help acheive my goals of peace. That isn't meant to be disrespectful to him, its just that I think he is going the wrong way about doing it. There is more than one place on his site that says he would be willing to use military force and nukes to reach his target of installing a world government here on LU. That to me is not peaceful and is what I originally had a problem with him for.

Also, I have asked him several times to move his fleet from my main. I know it cant do any damage, but I just don't want it there and that is once again disrespecting my wishes.

I have noticed that his empire now has 3 countries. Is it just a coincidence that there was another thread about these countries a while back? That just about proves what I have been saying all this time really is true.

I have offered to help Hezzy to grow economically and to ensure that other presidents are peaceful towards him. Once again, my messages both on here and to his main have gone ignored.

I am now being attacked. After I posted, Ok State Guy, attacked my slaves. I went into debt to fight an unoccupied nation to take it over, and I paid 100 GC to get another, and they are both under attack, and I ahve not had either of them long enough to even put up a fight.. How fair is that. People every day show me we need this world government instituded.

King, whilst I didn't know about this - I could have stopped it if you had replied to my many messages both on here and in your mains messages.

I am more than happy with any peace efforts Stuart Taylor attempts. I appreciate Stuart, Wendy and all those involved. However, I will remind all parties that I have agreed to nothing.

It is my goal to behave in a manor that is best for the world community, but there may be to many people involved at this point. This war is between King Hezekiah and myself, and I see no end in sight.
