tax rate isnt that important if you have the population ill build 12 in each of your countries

I am about to conquer another country, so i'll let you know when you can build. I am going to demolish all the state corps with tanks so that it frees up workers.

Alright. The newest Soviet Socialist Republic, Lithuanian SSR, is good to go. Like all the others, build as much as you want. :)

Vladimir why don't you use your own CEO in your own countries? it would definitely make sense being a communist state.

I do. My own CEO has more corps in my countries than any other but my CEO isn't doing so well either.
