Good day all. I am pleased to announce the creation of a new concept - the Delegative Council of Little Upsilon.
This is a meeting place for federations resident on Little Upsilon, where current topics can be debated and agreements reached. The overall idea is to encourage cooperation and fuel the diplomatic area of the game.
This concept exists as a group on the new TNN site (see SC Associated sites, or http://tnn.simnews.org/)
Each federation interested should register on the TNN site, then apply for membership to the DCLU group (find Delegative Council for Little Upsilon in a Group Search) where this application will be approved by the admin.
The group requires that two delegates be sent from each federation, to ease time pressures on them and also help the democratic aspect. Both must register and apply for membership. Once this is done, you should post in the 'Embassy section of the forum.'
(most of this is explained on the site).
If you have any questions, find me in IRC or message me at Chaos I.
I hope people see the potential of this and join
