History of Little Upsilon: Little Upsilon is very similar to Kebir Blue but has 3467 countries. The main difference between Little Upsilon and all other worlds is in the pace of the simulation.

Running six game months per day, Little Upsilon is twice as fast as the other worlds. It is also the youngest of them all. Little Upsilon was started in February 2007. In the mean time, it became very busy with many new players joining each day.

Lance of Longinus is one of the oldest Countries on Little Upsilon, and President Laguna is one of the eldest if not the eldest statesman on Little Upsilon establishing Lance of Longinus in January of 2012 LU Time.

Valde Subdisidum has played an integral, if sometimes subtle role in the development of Little Upsilon, often working "behind the scenes" in order to ensure peace & growth. However, Their most high profile activities can be described in a few main periods. The Valde as a super federation arose from the ashes of a war torn Little Upsilon. The World War between Scottie and many other large federations and empires had ended, and it was left to a few innovative nations to ensure the resulting damage could not be wreaked again. In this period Valde was establishing itself as a large power, whilst it had enjoyed success as a single branch federation, it had never broadcast itself as the Little Upsilon establishment. Thus, in this period their activities were focused upon community relations, exemplified by reparation negotiations.

The next era almost saw another world war, fueled by "the Slock incident". A series of misguided declarations led the 2 largest federations, LDI, and Valde to begin sparring with one another. Inevitably, the scale of fightingbecame apparent, and the 2 sides resolved their differences with LDI under new and more amicable leadership.

The next Era Valde tried to ensure peace and prosperity on Little Upsilon, and promote a friendly style of play. Then came CIS federation on the scene lead by a tyrant named President Stuart. This Federation caused unseemly havoc, and quickly established themselves as war lards of Little Upsilon. Also came 7 Nation Army Super Federation lead by King Tattooed Priest, which was a quiet opposition to CIS. President Wendy during this era is publicly in opposition to the CIS and their tyranny allies quietly with the 7 Nation Army, and other federations, starting federations herself, thus starting the first global political atmosphere without having any such loyalty to any such federation, and so begins the NLUO era.

Hmmm, dont know where you get your information Hez. As an example, LU does not run twice as fast as the other worlds. Why not verify your history before you publish it as fact.

And you forgot to include the first NLUO era and what happened to it then Surely a great government like the NLUO demands at least its own paragraph.

April 11 2378: Seems as if the NLUO World Government opened back up to the public. the election being public is the first step in opening back dialogue with the LU Community. The government is trying to establish an alternative community to the to the establishement community who want to grow up under the NLUO World Government.

October 4 2378: The NLUO Protection act that was Proposed by Speaker Empress Nanauar E- Country of Nanuar 13 -8 and was signed into law by the Chairman of the Elite Party.

Jan 6 2380: King Hezekiah E-United Israelite Empire signed a peace deal with Etruria after a long and rocky relationship with the country. The Elite Party Speaker, Empress Nanuar E-Country of Nanuar brokered the deal. Here is how it breaks down: 1) Hezekiah has to never associate Etruria's President as a terrorist or his nation as a terrorist nation. 2) He must not use propaganda to advance the war on terror via websites, web pages, forum propaganda, etc.3) The war on Terror is over!!! No nation shall be listed as the Axis Powers again. 4.)He must remove his fleet from the shores of Etruria. Will Hezekiah make good on the deal? Is the War on Terrorism really over?
King Hezekiah, being the Secretary of State, and the Chairman of the Little Upsilon Foundation Think Tank, which specializes in foreign policy may have over stepped his boundaries in taking the NLUO through a cold war, and the war on Terrorism in general, yet gaining support from the majority of the Elite Party members, and the Chairman. The Chairman quickly withdrew her support for the war on Terror. The Speaker of the Elite Party, in an unpresidented move took more of a leadership role in the executive Branch of the Elite Party, and she is the leader of the Legislative Branch, in brokering that peace deal. Is this the beginning of the campaign for the Elite Party Chairmanship in 2383? King Hezekiah Was available for comment...
I'd like to thank Empress Nanuar for her hard work in this deal. She is a tireless advocate for peace. I felt that the way to go to get peace acomplished was to expose the terrorism, but some in some cases inocent nations got caught up in the cross fire.. I never meant to overstand my boundaries, and for that I am deeply sorry. A new day has dawned, and a kinder gentler World Government can emerge with a better relationship with the nations of LU..

Jan 17 2385: The NLUO World Government underwent another make over, and that is the meaning of a democratic world government. This government had to shut down twice , and to close to the public for security purposes. Then they had to close the government because of the Infultration to the former Axis Powers. The NLUO also has a new Chairman and a new adminstration. A fresh new look. This is truely the hope and change we can believe in.

Nov 10 2386: President keith allaire of Evil woody thoughts is being tried for war crimes in the LU International Court. This is the court's first trial outside of the NLUO community. Is the LU Community warming up to the NLUO World Government to help and organize the LU community under a statute of laws? Some think that this would incringe on the sovernty of nations. We think that it would not incringe on the sovernty of nations because if the Little Upsilon community would look on the NLUO world Government as the community organizer, then we believe that it would grow the world of Little upsilon in the way of more new nations becoming established, thus making Little Upsilon the center of the simcountry game as a whole. this creates more interaction, and more interesting politics, and foreign affairs as a whole. Feb 11 2388:Keith Allarie of Evil Woody Thoughts had the charges of war crimes dropped against him due to the fact the Justices didn't show up for the trial, and the witness aginst Keith didn't show up. The Secretary of Justice was available for comment, as was the Chairman of the NLUO, and the Secretary of State:

Hezekiah: This was an embarrasment.. THe Justices should have never brought charges against him if they were not going to go through with it. This was a chance to give the LU Commmunity some hope that they would have some accountability for rogue nations, but again fell short. On behalf of the NLUO I am deeply sorry..


July 10 2395: The NLUO World Government is doing well, and is starting to bring real change on LU. The larger nations who don't like the NLUO is trying to stop the progress of this great government , but will fail because time is what builds the way nations conduct themselves.. As long as the NLUO World Government exists, more and more new nations who decide to stay and build will be under the umbrella of the NLUO World Government. The NLUO is now an affiliate of simcountry, as well as a promoting force, and advertising force for simcountry in exchange for advertising of the NLUO World Government for nations to use as they are building on Little Upsilon..

Jan 18 2403: The NLUO had it’s first trial that involved the entire LU Community. King Hezekiah E-United Israelite Empire was charged with conspiracy to commit treason against the NLUO. Hezekiah was found guilty of the charges and sentenced to a one RL month ban on the SC forums as well as a ban from the NLUO World Government. This may be the beginning of the intergration of the NLUO into the LU community, and the NLUO being recognized as the government of the world of LU. Time will tell.

Feb 28 2403: The NLUO World Government has had some extensive growth resently, and have aquired the leader of the resistance to the NLUO, President Stuart Taylor, who is running for the NLUO Chairmanship Against King Grayson. The NLUO has now 32 members. A full Elite Party, a full Inner Party, and an almost complete Outer Party. There are 11 inactive members, and 21 active members of the NLUO World Government.

May 4 2404: The NLUO Government is almost complete. There are 32 members out of a 48 member representative government. Compare this government to the past in the earlier news, and watch at the growth, and change as the time goes on. It is remarkable.

SEPTEMBER 28, 2404: THE AXIS POWERS ALL CAME TOGETHER ON A COVERT ECONOMIC PRESDIENTIAL BOYCOTTS TO ALL NLUO MEMBERS. AS THIS IS GOING ON, THE SECURITY COUNCIL PASSED RESOLUTIONS CONDEMNING THE NLUO. 7 FEDERATIONS CAME AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THE NLUO. THE UNITED ISRAELITE EMPIRE WAS DESTROYED, AND KING HEZEKIAH WAS FORCED TO FLEE THE EMPIRE, AND THE NLUO. THE NLUO WAS TAKEN OVER, AND SHUT DOWN BY THE AXIS POWERS. THE NLUO WAS DESTROYED AND ITS ASSETS TAKEN. All this was performed by President Wendy, King Grayson, President Stuart, President Sam Houston, and Emperor TattooedPriest, who all joined the NLUO, infultrated it, and destroyed it. They all later formed Sons of Light Super-Federation.

April 7, 3047 After 643 years the NLUO was reorganized, and reactived. King Hezekiah II was elected Secretary General of the NLUO.

I would like to interrupt your regular scheduled programming to let the presidents of Little Upsilon know that a new organization has been formed on the great planet of Little Upsilon.

I am Lorelei, the founder of the organization called NONONLUO. We are saying "no no" to the NLUO and some of their world governing philosophies. Our mission is clear and simple....to be free of the NLUO and their tyrannical attempts to govern ALL of Little Upsilon. We retain our rights to exist on LU independent of NLUO and it's attempt to impose their governance upon us.

Our goal is freedom......freedom to govern ourselves, freedom to speak independently.

Our body of presidents is an organization of presidents whose aims are to work together for prosperity and the greater good of our world and our empires/countries. Our group is neither led nor controlled by any player. We ALL have a voice and a right and a leadership role.

Our organization will include mentoring of new players in both economy and the war game as well as some of my very own special seminars on Sim Drama 101 = To Be Dramatic or Not To Be Dramatic. I'm probably going to beat the snot out of the next player or group of players who antagonize this great group NLUO in a military fashion. I am very capable of razing empires, even those of the experienced and once this war level deal is sorted out a few of you can expect a visit either way it goes. I'd settle down on King Hezekiah or be ready to place your assets where your mouth is. I'm probably on my way out anyway here and if you think I am giving away my lumps for free you are sadly mistaken. I have quite a pile to play with and may as well slam it against a few brick walls. I think the idea of NLUO is a grand one but the way it is being handled is both stupid and pathetic. And i will not be a part of it.
I would like to note that i will not play an active roll against the NLUO, I shall simply not be supporting it either.

Dear Presidents of LU,

This post above is the very tyranical rule that we speak against. I wanted to clarify that the NONONLUO is not an organization against the NLUO, but one that offers players a choice. The "NONO" is to say, "NO you don't govern all presidents of LU and such." We happen to recognize many good points about the NLUO, but disagree with presentation and some of the bullying/fear tactics presented. Presidents should not be bullied or threatened with war if they don't choose to join or go along with the governing philosophies of the NLUO.

The NONONLUO is an organization to offer a haven to presidents who will all be treated equally and fairly. It is an organization/federation in which to teach the game and help each other prosper in the game. Our effort is not one of war, but we will defend ourselves if war decs are made against us.

If the NLUO (i.e.king) were to give their 'vision' then people may or may not try to destroy it.

No vision has been given except vague inferences of wanting to control LU and everyone in it.

When I ask about policies, I am told they are decided behind closed doors.

So what do you expect of people? All they can see is an entity demanding co-operation with their unknown 'vision' and not to argue or the unknown NLUO war players will be set upon them.

That's all, simple to fix. State his vision, including his expectation of currently non-aligned presidents. If it's as well intentioned as you make out, then great.

It is not our intention to tell the NLUO what to do. We do acknowledge the existence of the NLUO, for it is there. lol We are not talking in a double minded fashion here. My group is merely offering an alternative game philosophy to those inhabiting LU.

Hez, i leave nluo for 3 reasons.
1, i told you from the start that i will not put up with any .gov that is out to take freedom away from other players and that if i find that is what nluo is indeed out to do then i will leave. From your posts in the forums, this is what you want the nluo to be about.
2, I do not put up with over un-just hostilities and sweetpea has done nothing but bully and threaten any and all who do not bow down to the nluo.gov. She has proven this a multitude of times in the forums.
3, Even before i was in nluo, i have been given help by other fractions and after i join nluo they ( some who are against the nluo ) have stilled helped me whilst the nluo has done nothing to help. and frankly i am afraid of asking certain nluo-members for help as i fear being publicly bashed for my noobness. As i have seen others have been.

As you should be able to see, i was not talked out of the nluo. I was driven away for a multiple reasons.

The only one you have to blame for me leaving is the nluo.gov and my self. No one else.

Alyan Locien, you should at least come back to the government because Hezekiah is finished. Most of the members of the NLUO world government are against his policies. His time has passed. I do give him all the credit for being the founding father of the NLUO world government. I respect him in that regard. His policies are certainly flawed.
