Not many unemployed population, but...

Rome, The Democratic Union of Sacoma, and The Client State of Balzaro are all open to CEO's and investments. Zero % taxes, business friendly policies. Any state corp is open for bidding with our privatization plan. Check and see if there are any openings!

Jungleland, 5% tax, 122.04 welfare -- four CEO corps just ditched me, so I have plenty of room for new corps!

Also looking for new corps in Jungleland East, Jungleland South, Jungleland North (all 5%).

United Wealth 9% tax headed for 0% as soon as game allows, not lots of unemployment but I will close down state corps to make room for any CEO corps so you will have 100% hiring. Also working hard to boost welfare index ASAP.

Penico and Derp Land are still looking for investment

Penico currently has a rate of 5% and Derp Land has 25%, but will be reduced in the coming days

both countries have also been hit by earthquakes, so have a large number of unemployed workers
