On February 15, 2349 The Empire of Great Burckhalter officially declared war on your empire. Since that date we have been in a continuous state of war.

Following the formal declaration, I proceeded to capture the New Israelite Nation. I then offered you peace terms. You responded with numerous threats to my empire.

After giving you a time frame to accept or reject those terms - you responded with this:

Following this I declared war on both the Israelite Nation and Idumaea.

Before any military action was taken, I once again came to you and offered you terms. You offered a crap apology, which I was willing to accept. I asked you to make good on my third term that night. (Priest, you are welcome to keep your name listed on the NLUO Wed site, but I have talked to other SNA members who do not wish to be listed.) You refused to simply edit the names on the site and figure out who wanted to be listed later.

At that point you logged out and left the negotiations WHILE I had active war declarations on both of your countries. Nothing was settled yet.

I decided to examine the NLUO Web site so that I could tell you what I had an issue with. I would have done this in private to allow you to save face. While viewing the Web site I found a link to your SOL Bloodline Web site.

That Web site was a violation of previous agreements that I had made with you. It was an obvious violation of the terms you gleefully accepted from CIS. On this site you claim my federation as your ally, I assure you we are not. You also list myself as both an ally and a terrorist? I assure you that I am neither.

At that point, having seen the numerous treaty violations, I finished your empire and allowed my military to take full control of Israelite Nation and Idumaea.

How can anyone negotiate with you, offer terms or trust you when you so blatantly disregard every agreement you accept? How are you not a liar?

I don't see how anyone could expect me to ever deal with you again. To have negotiations, or a formal peace, you must have honorable, honest presidents. You have proven that you are incapable of both honer and honesty.

I'm at a lost as to what I should do next?

If you were another president, who wasn't a total liar, I would offer to return both countries to you, as long as you fulfilled your treaty obligations. If I offered you such a deal, what are the chances that you would just do all of this again a few days after the handover?

You never deleted the terrorist material, though you said you did a month ago? This is now the THIRD time a member of this community has caught you in that lie alone.

I don't believe I can negotiate with you further. I politely disagree with some of the posts above. I believe you should leave Little Upsilon and start over on another world. You have only proven to be a deceptive jerk who has no interest in polite relations with anyone!

I will now be taking a long break from this forum. I appreciate those of you who are attempting to create peace between King Hezekiah and myself, but I'm afraid I'm having a heard time being interested in such an outcome at this time.

to make my postions clear .. i believe Hezzy needs friend to help him make some decisions although once discussed he doesn't always follow through with the way they were decided. The last one we decussed was to stop trying to expand and to grow economically.

I believe Hezzy has a right to GROW and even to expand his empire. I Do not believe he is a real threat to any President of any sizable Federation.
I believe that he has a Right to take a C3 and/or to buy as many countries as he can afford and to manage them the way he wants to.
I believe he has the right to recruit NEW members and/or NEW players as they see fit to Join NLUO and they in turn have a right to not be DCed and/or boycotted on just because they have joined Hezzy.
I agree with OK_State in that Hezzy needs to aplogize and to accept the terms of peace and HEZZY NEEDS TO ABIDE BY THOSE TERMS.

Please cool off and let him exist see if he grows and is trying to change his ways Give him more of a chance to play then if and/or when he becomes a REAL PROBLEM handle it SNA can handle him if he becomes a problem. OK_STATE you , EO and Stuart have really helped me out in this game. and i like you all i also like HEZZY for reasons some of you can't fathom i just do.

I was intending to agree to the terms, and I did, but I knew that they would eventually renig on their promises because they have double crossed me in the past, as have I seen it happen to Wendy, and I guy who quit because of it..
