I have a strong admiration and regard for the valiant people of the United Israelite Empire and the New Israelite Nation.

It is my duty, however, to place before you certain facts about the present position in Little Upsilon. The facts about King Hezekiah, a NOTORIOUS TERRORIST!

The safety of Little Upsilon, ladies and gentlemen, requires a unity in our world, from which no nation should be permanently outcast.
