The Commission's stance on the UC on KB

From the desk of Capone:

This "fed" has displayed behavior in many ways contradictory to what I think the various federations agree is proper behavior for the planet of Kebir Blue.

In light of this fact, I propose that we as a world, band together to keep our world of KB safe from these petty people. They have no respect for others, only themselves.

My federation will spearhead this mission. Anyone is welcome to join this fight. Contact me at Camp Fuji MCB. I will be assembling a task force fed, together with the federations who respond. Ideas and suggestions are always welcome.

I believe it is in every large players interest to be responsible for their world, and to stop potential threats before they become an issue. The UC's behavior before, during and after wars on GR and LU show that they are nothing but egotistical terrorists. They have stated many times before that they are willing to go to other worlds to take players out as they wish. I believe that the way they act is the DEFINITION of terrorism.

As I said before, contact me if you wish to further discussions. Thank you.

Capone, AKA Ameche

Reiteration: Location bias.

The Commission hereby declares that ANY UC player set foot on KB within conventional missile range of ANY Commission member it will be a direct violation of the above declaration. Thank you.

Capone AKA Ameche

Great, I'm glad that I am in the protectorate. And Ameche, I know that i am in UC on GR, though you feel the need to expell me thinking I act as a UC member, I am in the protectorate, so I'd would appreciate if you would quit begging me to attack you on KB. My loyalty is to my federation on any world I play, and for whatever reason they seem to like you. So I would consider that matter closed. Feel free to meet me on any world, where this won't contradict any interests the protectorate leadership may have concerning you. Though we don't get along very well, I don't jump the leadership's call concerning how they feel about you. Consider this matter closed.

And where is all the support for this action anyway?

lmao he'd pwn you so fast Wendy.

Well in the protectorate, we don't have to worry about anyone PWNing us? unlike you. Stay on LU posts where your spam is welcome.

Wendy.

*I* consider when this matter is closed. And your federation choice is the ONLY reason something hasnt been done about you yet. *I* find it convenient that you wish to face me only on worlds where I have no military at all. *I* also find it convenient that you make it well known publicly the only reason you ARE in The Protectorate is for the security they can offer YOU. Federations dislike it when you hide behind their guns and run your ugly little mouth. You provoke me on a daily basis. Why wouldn't I want to fight you where I have guns? Keep your mouth shut, and your ugly little face will stay in one piece. I am sick of you thinking you can hide behind certain people and shoot your mouth off. You'll certainly see, that we here on KB handle asshats like you differently. Watch your step.

Yet another example of her using federation might to threaten people.

The leadership of The Protectorate, as well as the membership, knows me. I'd liken some members like Ebby, Zeta, and Klarina to family. It is not your place to question their opinions. I have worked hard to build relationships with these members, and no asshat like yourself will make them feel different. They know me, they know I don't go off for no reason, and they know full well if I have a gripe with you, it is legitimate.

I had no intention of expelling you from anywhere. I KNOW that you're federated, and as a result of my respect for your fed, you have not had any sanctions levied against you. Don't even start about loyalty, you're only loyal to yourself. You have proven that time and time again.

Also, to the members of The Protectorate. I suggest you pay attention to A: IRC and B: the LU forums. You'll see the way Wendy handles herself in full view of the public's eye. Some would say deplorable, IMHO, she's just ignorant. I am hoping I can work with the rest of you on this matter. I think many of you could give some good insight on these matters.

Also, thank you to the ten or so people contacting me supporting this. I have not heard from the leader(s) of The Protectorate, would like to soon to discuss official fed stance on this matter. Thnx.

Capone AKA Ameche

As a member of the commission and a player with a known dislike if not respect for the UC, I have to ask why is Wendy posting on this thread bragging about being safe? you are correct Wendy you are safe from certain people who dislike you but we don't care, If you act like a noob and cause trouble you will most likely find yourself unprotected (my words here in no way represent the commission as a whole of the protectorate). If you keep yourself to yourself and don't cause trouble you will be left in peace.

Ult

also wendy i feel as is this matter isnt closed until both parties come to some sort of agreement. Ameche doesnt go off either without some sort of reason giving him the ability to take that action. also i think that they way you make The Protectorate sound contradicts the philosophy of our great fed, you do this by using it as a weapon to intimidate other people which i dont think anyone in the Protctorate supports.
all of this is my opinion and take on things though

i agree with plezzz. wendy, you do not speak for the Protectorate and i assure you if you continue with your line of conduct, you will find yourself out in the cold, by yourself.

Parsifsl, I wasn't questioning the Protectorate's motives on anything. I was attempting to settle the matter as ameche continues to beg for me to attack him. I also stated that I wouln't question the protectorate concerning him. My line of conduct is reasonable, I simply made a public statement concerning his recent concerns about UC members on KB, Clarifying that in fact on KB I am a member of Protectorate and not UC so his requests for me to attack him here on KB should stop. And that he has nothing to worry about from me on the matter. However, if you find my declaration of a peaceful nonaggressive resolution to be out of conduct feel free to ask me to leave. I made an attempt at peace here not aggression. Besides, I do live in the northeast, winters here can become quite cold, so I do have a nice parka in the closet if the need arises. Along with a nice cup of hot chocolate. So for the record, I am not out of line, I am not using this as reason to throw threats, unlike the nature of this entire post, if there is a problem with what I said here, plz allow me to leave immediately.

Sorry for letting you know that I wasn't going to be any threat to you ameche. But I will tell you, the protectorate is the only thing that stands between us. That being said, if i were to be evicted or asked to leave, that will change. Cause you ain't so scary after all. I'm tired of you seriously, if you want a problem I simply tried to avoid, come and get it, cause I'm right here. And on other worlds also.

To the protectorate: My post here was to attempt to clarify that I would not be involved in any conflicts concerning ameche and members of UC, as I am a member of Protectorate, despite his constant attempts to lure me into a conflict with him on KB, how was that out of line? The threats are not necessary especially when I was attempting something on a peaceful level, if you need me to leave for attempting to clarify that i am not involved in that conflict, plz let me know, and i will leave. I joined the protectorate after being invited, not for protection. And i wouldn't abuse that protection even if it was the case. Ameche you just proved your are the scum sucker protectorate should see you to be. You spit in the face of peace? Whatever man, I'm done here.

Up until the last two sentances, wendy you seemed to be thinking like a human then you had to ruin it. I am all for peace and see no reason why anyone one on KB if they first met you would have a problem with you but you are bringing this upon yourself, you have been starting arguments with every single vet on LU and somehow you have targetted Def and I understand that kain started the LU problem and targgeting him is fair game but the rest of WO and there friends were only brought into the argument by yourelf. Its time to put your cards on the table or sit down and think about what you want out of this game

LOL

I beg to have you attack me because of your constant berating of myself and my friends. If you wish to run your mouth and continue to be convinced you're better than me, then of course I will beg to show you differently. Bottom line. Shut your hole. I have told you many times to bring it, and have even offered to talk to your leaders about letting you back up your words. I do not spit in the face of peace, I am giving you your wish for war.

You don't seem to realize that your boorish way of communicating has been seen by many people. Wielding threats, telling people to submit to you and the UC. It's catching up with you. Don't try to play both sides of the coin. I know you have a hard on for me. So stroke it, see where it lands you.

You lie constantly, you are manipulated into actions by the UC, overall, I'd say you're a complete tool. My actions are justified, and everyone that knows me, knows it's true. Your feeble attempt at getting people to hate me because you have a surly opinion of me can be considered inconsequential at BEST.

Also, STOP talking about other worlds, I have military here, you asked for the fight, come get it. Don't try to say now you have never threatened me. You started on me with that bullshit before i even knew who you were. Don't try to hide behind peace as if you have been looking for it all along. Tired. Real Tired.

And as far as your fed letting you go. Honestly, I'd welcome it. You already sully their good name, and I have no doubt it will continue. If you think you are going to sit there, get dumped from a fed and start sneak attacking like on LU, you have another thing coming. You will be dismissed, post haste. Your kind of warfare isn't welcome here. So, yes, I will say that if The Protectorate does ever tire of your mouth and actions and lets you go, The Commission will be waiting to eradicate you. Your brand of SC behavior is not welcome. I can see that by the sheer number of replies to my resolution above.

Ameche you just proved your are the scum sucker protectorate should see you to be. You spit in the face of peace? Whatever man, I'm done here.

I have given you many, many chances to walk away. To shut up. To bow out gracefully before you got your ass in trouble. You have had your chances, I am afraid its just time for you to put up or shut up. I welcome peace with The Protectorate. I also welcome destroying you. The two things don't have to be one in the same. I do not wish to war with this fed. They have many bright, smart people at the helm and in current membership. I'd rather work with them, rather than against them. I have shown them the respect they deserve. Why haven't I shown you that same respect? You haven't earned it, and in my book you never will. Scum sucker? I am ten times the person you'll ever be, and your fedmembers respect me for my honestly and willingness to defend them at the drop of a hat. Tell me what you have done to earn respect. Oh wait, I'll review.

You sit in IRC daily and belittle people, asking for war.

You had a corp hostile bid, went crazy, and acquired slaves just so you could sneak attack corps of people WHO WEREN'T EVEN INVOLVED, rather than just taking the person in question to war. You're a coward.

Then, to top it off, you tell everyone that would listen that you won a war after your ass was plastered all over LU. AND THEN, as if it wasn't enough, you start spouting threats right after getting your ass handed to you. SAD.

Now I hear there is plans for the UC to start a ruckus on LU because they are defending your constantly agape mouth. I ask you Wendy, if your so tough and can handle yourself, why do your boyfriends have to step in when you step in a mud puddle bigger than you? You cast a horrible example to noobs and newbs alike. You are the definition of pathetic, get over yourself. I'll say it for the last time. Cut the mind games, the passive aggressive bullshit. You want some? You know where I'm at.

Capone AKA Ameche

MAN AMECHE JUST STFU!!!!!! im done with you period, if you threaten me or anybody i consider a friend on any world you got problems dude point blank. Making statements like that about UC makes me feel as strongly as I would if you were talking about the protectorate. And you seem to be the one loooking for a war. THIS WILL BE THE LAST federation you get to drive a wedge between concerning me, If I'm out of protectorate, I'm up your arse, remember that . Capone pfft, you ain't no gangster, you are an imposter, and you know what no matter who I'm with I will always be Wendy.

Ulceritis whoever you are, man you know nothing about me, who made you my judge and jury? It doesn't matter who started what on LU anymore, it just matters who finishes it. Fall Back man.

Valde booted you and I didn't even know. I had to be told. I voted against it. You just don't get it do you. It's YOUR mouth that gets you in trouble. You're paranoid. Stop blaming me for the issues you cause. And you know what? You won't have a chance to be up my ass sweetheart, I am already up yours. If your fed does decide that, more power to them. But your threats are meaningless, and you would be dispatched in about as much time as it took me to write this post. I'm sick of you and your threats. And I'm going to show you just how sick I am.

Capone AKA Ameche

O yeah, get out of my thread, this does not concern you.

Sure your right, man just get ready talk is over

Well for someone that says talk is over, your mouth has yet to catch up. I've been ready. You have no idea.

OH but it does as soon as I get booted. And then i promise you. AS of the first of my posts here it didn't concern me, now that you've run your mouth like a sewer, poppin threats like you are the truth or something, just give me a reason.

wendy, your constant threats of aggressiveness towards a Protectorate ally is borderline breaking the rules of the charter. you are trying to use the protectorate as a bigstick in your argument. ameche is a valued friend to most of the protectorate and the disrespect youre showing him in this case is certainly offending myself. being apart of the Protectorate is something bigger then being just in a fed, its being part of a family. a family helps one another and protects its inner circle. we arnt here to be used as a way of bragging and what not.the fact that you are talking so freely about either staying or quitting and how it doesnt matter to you , well makes me think you dont fully appreciate the privilege that is being part of this federation.

all of this is my opinion and is in no way the word of The Protectorate

For the record, I would like everyone to realize that I have not and will not ask for this members removal from The Protectorate. I am not a member, therefore I have no say in such issues. If a decision is made to that effect, it was under their own volition, with no outside interference.

Capone AKA Ameche

Wendy, shut the hell up. You're making an ass of yourself.

What a disruption. Likely intended and thought out...lol.

Boy Howdy!

Actually, mr plezzz, if i may, I do and always have respected the opinion of protectorate's opinion and relationship of Ameche, what i'm saying is that I attempted to publicly let him know that because he is a total arse in irc all day. I do respect the fed totally, and always have. Again you are saying that i am using the fed to make threats, which I am not, so get the story straight. I am cool, and intended this to be a move in a positve direction concerning me and ameche with both our ties to the protectorate in mind. Its not that i don't care, i do, really i do, but we are all human and some thing get old real quick, I can take but only so much. And now that i have answered for the last time, again i will show you that I am a devout protectorate member and "shut up, because I am making an ass out of myself" thx Zeta

Wendy, your conduct troubles me. You strike me as unstable, erratic and inept in so far as diplomatic discourse is concerned.

The Protectorate will not be your meatshield.

If you cannot hold your tongue, either through simple idiocy or a genuine deficiency of character, then you cannot be trusted as a member of this federation. You pull us all down with your petty squabbles.

If you wish to war with Ameche, by all means do. But not under our banner. Not in my name.

Wendy, you're out. And I fear it may be a long walk back to the pavillion for you.

(This message sponsered by Klarina. She sends her best wishes to you all. Except Wendy, obviously.)

Whatever, I just said I wouldn't war with him, but I will leave if you haven't evicted me already. Ameche. . . . be seeing you soon as you would say.

Shove your threats where the sun don't shine. I'm tired of you, and more than ready for you. Shut your yapper and bring it already. I'm also assuming you are blaming me for your eviction? haha...sad...O well, like i told you before, this isn't LU, and you aren't going to pull the same shit here as there. So the way i see it, you can either leave peacefully, live on KB peacefully, or declare war and be eradicated. I told you asses I was tired of your actions. I told you asses I was tired of your mouths flapping whenever you get half a chance. You just can't leave well enough alone. You brought this on yourself, go blame someone else.

Capone AKA Ameche
