I can log in but cant access my country! I lost connection in the middle of a war! What is going on?

I can access other worlds from the world drop down menu but not fearless blue!

No I still have my country ;-) I just couldnt access fealess blue for about 20 minutes. Could access the other worlds via the world drop down menu. Just not fearless blue.
Obviously I could access the forum aswell. Live chat has not worked since I joined....
Any ideas?
