If there are any new nations out there who need help in learning the mechanics of the game, the NLUO World Government will help you. We must warn you of the controversy surrounding the NLUO.. A lot of the Larger Empires and nations do not like the NLUO becuase it takes away their power, and puts it in the hands of many.
