I play on LU, and I cannot keep up with worker exchanges to keep my countries at full employment.
The game system is killing me. I built a high education index to get Level 6, but the schools convert so many workers to professionals that my corps can't keep up production.
My sims are stupid. They stand in the dole queue rather than take another job. And I can baby sit them to move them to mlw and hlw every 4 hours.
Right now I invade a couple of C3's a week and ship out some HTE and HTS for mlw and hlw. It works out to be a net pop increase each time.
Here are the questions finally.
Has anyone tried building the ed index up to say 200, but setting the ed priority to something under 120? It seems like that might educate fewer professionals.
Or...
The documentation and forums seems to indicate that an ed priotity over 120 causes the education system to move people out of the professional categories to the workers categories. Has anyone experimented with this?
