Population/GC transfer (Kebir Blue)

If you're placing a bid on population, and it's lower than the minimum bid, but it's still the highest bid, do you still get the population?

If buying from GM, no.

If buying from a player, they need to accept the lowe bid manually (if i recall correctly, if im wrong correct me). You can get population cheap if seller is eager or friendly to get rid off its pops.

Alright. Also noticed that all the offers are for 1,000,000 people. Can you offer more than that? Or less?

Only 1 000 000 population offers are allowed by the system.

Multiples of 1 000 000, up to 3 000 000 at a time.

so one million, two million or three million at a time?
