Supply issues

Anyone think they can help solve my supply issues on kebir blue
Imperial states of America. Most of my corporations have supply issues majorly.
I have put buying strategy at best prices for supplies and. Ow all I’m doing is immediate orders. Anyone think they can assist with this issue?

Since your new I will give you the setup you need.

Make sure your corp auto settings are as such.

Set all your corps to buy 220 quality supplies under the the supplies tab, and set your salaries to 100 under salaries tab. The lower salaries will lower your social security costs, and this will allow you to set the SS payments higher and raise that index.

Don't use best price for buying supplies. Use best price for selling, and fixed price for buying supplies. Settings picture below (strategies tab, scroll to bottom). For buying supplies set the the bid price to a negative number. A higher neg number will save you money on your materials cost but increase the likelihood of shortages, a lower neg number will increase costs, but lower incidence of shortage. pictured is what I've been doing lately. Generally, -1 to -10 will work fine.

@hymy1 so I keep having major shortages. Could you assist and let me know what I’m doing wrong ? Cause I can never get supplies. Automation is on

It looks good to me, some things you either just have to offer more than 10% over or self supply.

It just takes a little time for the dust to clear.

@hymy1 Appreciate the assist. Come join my common market. I am trying to be come the largest one. We do have multiple countries in there.
