Security Council Aid Request Thread (Golden Rainbow)

I realize there already is a thread for this, but its cluttered and I feel this will make things easier.

The Security Council has 457.64T SC$ in cash

For those not aware, THIS is the amount of Developmental Aid available to Golden Rainbow. It is sent out in 1 to 5 Trillion increments.

There is enough aid here for 91 countries, if 5 Trillion is sent out at a time.

If we gave out aid to 1 country a day, it would take 3 real life months to empty that out.

Please submit your requests for aid in this thread.

I feel the conditions for such aid should be very simple and broad, so we can help as many countries as possible:

1) The aid should be given to non-veterans. This to me, means anyone not in the top 50, and who has only 1 or 2 countries, and is Level 3 or less. If you're made it to 3 countries or in the top 50 or to Level 4, you're doing something right.

2) The aid should be given to someone who needs it. Assets should be under 5 Trillion.

3) All Secrecy settings should be turned off while under review. Those with nuclear weapons probably will not receive aid.

4) You should be a full member before requesting aid.


These are not absolute. Discretion will be used.

You may also request aid if hit with a Large Earthquake or Nuclear Fallout.

Please post your requests for Developmental Aid here. The amount (1 Trillion to 5 Trillion) will be at the discretion of the Security Council.

My assets are 185.83B at the time of this post. My corporate value is 1,599.68B. I have a population of 23,898,616. I don't know if I have security settings on. Not sure where to find those yet. Sure, I need some aid. The Philadelphia Complex is in dire need of aid. As is the Queen of Battle, Cash In, and The Light Departure. While some may look ok , looks can be very deceiving. Thx in advance. Theres a few petitions to get you started.

have no desire for Strategic forces. Am pretty new but I think I'm getting the hang of it quick. Aid would be greatly appreciated. I am also reducing my corporation tax to <10% this week so more enterprises will come as I only have one. Please take my request into consideration.

New Odessa is going to the wayside. It was another country i was using to help learn the game. I am a full member now on Odessa and not on New Odessa. The presidents in my fed (excluding New Odessa) are all friends at work who are also learning the game. They are not full members, but they plan on becoming full members when their guest status expires. Let me know of any other questions i will be happy to answer.

You may wish to dereg New Odessa so no one thinks you are a multi.
