The President declared "Cell Phones are a dangerous tool of tyranny and oppression Moo York will focus its efforts on Cow Production and other related industries". The State mobile phone corporation has been shuttdown and its employees sent to education camps for retraining. A New state initiative has begun for the establishment of pastures for cows and milk.

The State of Moo York has been denied a 600 B dollar loan from the World Bank for development of Cow Industry. This is outrageous said Thomas Mooferson "Cows and Cow Industry are the future for the better of a more just world and the world bank refuses to stand behind us". The Bank of Moo York issued a statement promising to find alternative sources of funding.
