Raid your neighboring C3's. Oh, wait, you dismantled your army. Invest in more corps and population. Oh, wait, you cut spending.
Actually, Crafty is right, there is no substitute for profit...What you can try is to hand-supply your corps to increase the profit margin, if you have the time.Get your country into good enough shape that CEOs will invest there, that helps, too. Which world / country are you in?

Aaaarrrrggghhhh, I am not on WG. But if you get your country in shape to support CEO corps, I am sure people will build there. That will boost your income.

Avoid military spending and build profitable corps, or allow CEO's to build. The CEO method is by far the fastest way to turn the numbers around. You might also want to ask for Security Council help on your home planet.

The best way for new players to get out of debt is by playing the war game. They will be rewarded with gold coins and cash and you can use this to build up your country.

I dont have a military to speak of since I sold everything to raise money, I have cut spending almost entirely in all but the most vital area's, I have 6 CEO corps, and 4 state corporations, but I'm still running about a -3B$ income rate at the moment...

Wow... that so kind of debt...

While I'm not good at economies, I am trying to figure it out. The tax rate drop is so slow is mind boggling, as supreme leader if I say 0% tax... by god it should be 0%

But my economy at this point is like a bank if it was not for my loans I give out I would be broke. almost 5T in loans given thus far.
