The HLW problem is adversely effecting most every country, this I can see. So in turn this effects enterprise corps in countries that home them by creating an under-employment issue.
Some countries are obviously finding it hard to, or have given up on, correcting this problem and so I have been looking to relocate corps. The low % tax-rate countries (the ones that haven't packed their bags and left) rarely can accomodate and so to keep 100% hiring I have looked to 30% tax C3s.
Recently though, I have noticed that C3s all have huge HTE shortages, so moving any corp using these (95% of mine) is not viable.
With 800+ corps in CEOs this is becoming a royal pain. Is this latest brick wall due to the recent changes in C3 structure? More weapon/ammo corps per country to bring down military costs but not enough employees for these types of corps?
So, how do I build the new corps W3C is encouraging when they can't/don't fix the HLW problems and compound the problem with un-thought out corp building strategies for the C3s?
Answers on a postcard please...
Not so Crafty.
