W3C - Payment received - No Email address (Little Upsilon)

We received a payment into our PO box recently and it does not include an account email address.

We request the person who mailed the payment to mail us his email address and also specify the amount and some description of the envelop and we will be able to connect the payment with the account.

I sent my payment of $36 to sim i used a cracker jack box for an envelope and on my moneyorder i filled out the information with my crayon.
