Taking Corporations Public

The conditions to take corporations public have been changed to make it easier for more corporations to become public corporations.

The market value requirement is increased to 350 B. The PE requirement is increased from 12 to 24.

The market value of corporations increased in recent months and 350B is achieved by many corporations.
The PE requirement of 24 will make it much easier to take corporations public.

Starting CEOs - initial capital

When you start a new CEO, the initial capital is now increased from 500B to 1T.

Larger corporations

Some types of corporations increased in size. The change is limited to a small number of products.

High Level Workers

The requirements for HLW have been reduced in many types of corporations. The change is in the need for HLWs when the corporation is upgraded. The change will further reduce or eliminate shortages of HLWs.

Good change! Especially with the relaxing of P/E for IPOs. I really think we need to have more public corporations... in fact, I'm going to email you about it! Maybe :P

What about when you own 95 to 99.999% of the shares of a public corporation and want to take it private but the minority owner(s) won't sell. Sometimes they refuse and often they are owned by inactive players waiting for their membership to expire.

Perhaps a tender offer application should be added to the game where you can buy the remaining shares at 2 times or 3 times the market value.

It is difficult to understand when you hold more shares in a corporation than other palyers, and you can not control the corporation.It happens to my country, too. The automatic system buys shares that the leader of the country has no interesting on the buying. However, when shareholders gain shares in a corporation, he or she can have an option to become General shareholder, and if he or she has more general share than other general shareholders, he or she can control the corporation. If not, Investment Fun is just a method for somebody to gain benefit.
