Suggestions to Improve New Player Growth
I would like to suggest a few features that could make it easier for new players to grow and stay active in the game
1. Allow Federation Members to Send Aid Directly to Each Other
Allow members of the same federation to directly send money weapons and other resources to their federation mates This would give experienced players a better way to help new players get established Veterans could mentor and support newer nations instead of new players struggling to catch up on their own
2. Increase Rewards for Taking Computer Controlled Countries
Add larger financial and resource rewards for successfully taking computer controlled countries This would give new and developing players another way to build their economies and military strength while also encouraging more activity in the game
3. Increase Security Council Aid Limits
Increase the amount of money and resources that Security Council members can provide as aid to other players The current limits can make it difficult for established players to provide meaningful assistance to newer nations A higher limit would make the Security Council more useful for supporting developing countries
4. Add More New Player Growth Incentives
Consider adding additional rewards for completing early game milestones such as reaching certain economic military population or infrastructure levels This could give new players clear goals to work toward and help them understand how to progress
Overall Goal
The main goal would be to create a stronger path for new players to grow while giving veteran players more ways to contribute If experienced players can actively help new nations develop it could improve federation activity player retention and the overall health of the game
I believe these changes could make the early game much more enjoyable without taking away from the challenge of building a successful country

Add a link for your Discord onto the main page or something. That way we all have better communications with everyone. Which in turn creates a better gaming experience in real-time.

1. As written, I have to disagree. Anything that allows one account to transfer any amount of money or resources to another without reciprocal payment is begging to be abused, and would be abused. There are sensible ways to achieve what I believe is the intent of this suggestion, but I don't want to derail your message by imposing my own counter-ideas.

2. I agree completely. Cash rewards at the very least are due for an overhaul in successful completion of C3 Wars. Cash is the most straight forward way to incentivize players to participate in the war game, and making the C3s loot pinatas that are worth progressively more (in terms of money that actually matters), while simultaneously opening you up to more risk from other players and necessitating defense, provides a more 'full' game for all. Currently, winning a WL10 war only provides enough cash to pay for ~ 140 Precision Bombers @ 330Q. The value from playing the war game outside of inactive player raiding and PVP, which is itself only possible if that inactive/player is at WL3+, is woefully insufficient.

3. I semi-agree. The Security Council as it exists is almost a complete non-factor. It could use a complete overhaul, with increased financial developmental grants being part of that. Just as with your first point, there is plenty more that could be suggested and added with this, but I don't want to derail your points.

4. I whole-heartedly agree. An 'Achievement' system of sorts with progressive challenges with progressive awards provides a roadmap to nudge a player along in various directions that may interest them and most importantly keeps motivation to play by leaving something more to be accomplished or achieved. This would be available for established players but it would most importantly also be available for newer players, which would provide them with a bit of a 'head start' compared to what now veteran players experienced when they were new, which every game needs to promote the newer players in playing catch up. It could also open up the game for more monetizing opportunities, such as some early military achievements granting professional soldiers/officers that, if the player later wanted more, would necessitate GC spending. A few free boosters here and there is a phenomenal way to promote premium products and drive additional sales of them, making a more financially healthy game.

I agree with unsthable within the limits of his post responding to Corleone.

1. Being able to directly transfer money or weapons to another player is screaming to be abused.

When it comes to weapons, if you really think someone is being jumped on unfairly and want them to have a decent defense you can always loan them mobile air and land defense units. Granted it's a real pain in the ass to get them back if you change your mind and they don't give them up but, it is possible, just takes time. And in the interm, it's really no skin off your nose (unless the reason you want them back is to strip their defense so YOU can attack them).

You really can't help them with offensive weapons as the mobile offensive units you can build are pretty much useless in composition. Work on that might be something W3C might consider in the future.

I pretty much agree with the remaining issues mentioned.
