"quality 100" clearly, obviously and intentionally should be the Base Quality Level (BQL = 100) for everything in " SimCountry ".

Look at and search the " History of Quality in SimCountry ". It is preposterous that " he " made this foolish, impractical, unnecessary and absolutely illogical.and irrational " change for change sake ".

BQL = 100

You can't " change " things that are " The Laws of Nature ". Only a Fool would try. Well, " he " did.

BQL = 100, not 120, not " his " beloved 130, not any other value. The '' Natural Law " of SimCountry states that,

BQL = 100

Please downdate back to the CORRECT VALUE in the program, which should read,

BQL = 100

not 120.

I must have missed it.
Very old indeed and I am not sure I understand the problem.

We used to have 100 quality as the standard.
At some point it became clear that because of the way quality was computed, Q=100 was nearly never observed.

we have indeed switched to 120.

I do not understand what the problem is and what we did to corporations making then unprofitable.

Currently, corporations are more profitable than ever before, assuming the player is doing what is needed to make sure there are enough workers and supply of raw materials while the corporations are being upgraded.

As a result, most countries are very profitable and many players are accumulating large amounts of cash.

In fact, we now are looking to add functionality in Simcountry that will allow players to use their cash and motivate others to increase their own profitability.
