General Costs of Government

Since it seems I cannot post on the same topic in another conversation, I'm asking if anyone could offer feedback about general government costs, and how they are calculated.

Sorry Khome like you wrote "phatom" costs are a key to this enigma as well to note real fast:

Education and Health costs are based on your total salaries of the workers, so conclusively you can have 50 health and if you have high enough salaries the cost is more then what is earned by workers. I believe this plague also infects goverment costs.


I can see they have stayed off the fourms since they cant deal with the heaping can of worms they have opened. But heres another kick to the bois in the back, Really? Your going to inflate all costs, based on salaries on persons??? Shouldent those increase of salaries affect only tax and contributing costs paid by citizens? How does them earning more money, cost my system more then a country of the same size with almost 3 times the health??

Note there is a 1.4m Population difference

So really, this is how you screw players who actually pay there workers as a form of income?? Not really right, as i am unsure how something can be almost 60% of its cost yet be 260% lower the the index its compared to. Really even with the salarie being only about 50% higher also, how does that work??? Not right.


Conclusion? Is that legit? To have a phatom goverment cost only based on weapons in a country???? and to base costs on salaries in the country?? opposed to paid workers??? I cant believe what i am seeing.

I mean sorry khome, but this were we gotta start pushing are thoughts here and let them read it, and worrie about so called "repercoussions" another time as there wont be a game to percussion here at these rates, its only been part of the community supporting W3C that has kept them going. Even support through updates players probably really dident acknowledge but still supported to be greatful anyway. Enough is Enough, i will note one thing and i will note it here forever:

I use to wonder, why would a man ever be paid to play video games?? Why? OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! YES YES YES!! I know. So when people make a game and think it "completed" they have actual experts who play and utilize the algorithms created to see if they are able to use there best expertise to discover and exploit anything they can before a market has the ability to. Not to mention discover any serious problems. Though its a lost cause these days, who really cares!!! Right? Just make the update, it doesent work and the scrolling bar/war game breaks, just wait a week until the next update to fix it and move on!!!! Its cheaper that way!!!


LOL!!! you guys are a hoot, the think you could ever even try to act as smart as the people who actually made this game 20 years ago, yet you can only fail to "tweak" it. They had simpler computers, and yet cant even rival them? Shame, tsk tsk. Cant argue anything else except the English you barley know, well should as you are foreign of the us, right??? hahaha anyways nothing "grotesque" here just some thought to note, you have banned players in the past for fascist materials and mutli account use, now they roam freely. Its sad and part of the reason why this game is not succeeding. Just like the torn community, "LETS FIGHT ALL YOU COWARDS" "OH NO DONT FIGHT DONT LOSE YOU COUNTRYS BOOHOO ILL HELP YOU" how about just getting your noses out of it and trying to play the game and tell the know it all GMs who dont even play this game how you feel. I mean, theres players who resorted to full blown cheating rather then using the game features there offered, and these updates are going to help? Yeah, help people who ignore the crap out of them and exploit the game get away with what there doing.

To note also, keep our eyes and ears open for new players and what also might affect them as they are the growth of are game, the cataylist to are existence in all and really to ones who fill our places one we go.

Ill admit some of my own things i do see my own, but like i have typed and ill have to type again, these are for other purposes and players and new perspectives, not just sitting back on the same old game concept for the last 20 years. A little bit needs to change and that is perspectives like even adding a new war sector like battlegrounds. These are new things to bring new kinds of players in which they dont believe or no so this whole place seems like part of an experiment at the moment. Part of what is very unappealing to people. Point is we can all learn the current roots and feed there but what will be the next way, the "new" way and the way that is change to be possibly, what if its not even hospitable? Surly enough players have taken to simple multi account use to satisfy earning needs over war/game level needs. Things like there need to be addressed, and looked into i already have ideas but question is what is W3C thinking? What is there fix? or is it a fix?? Questions.

Off hand ranting some, but my point is:


Salaries from corperations SHOULD NOT affect costs of education, government, health care and transportation. Those are indexs in themselves and really not based on the workers paid in corporations. To raise a cost for something just because someone has higher income, is like the biggest inflation crock iv ever seen.

Then to try to act like the cost of government should be determined by military is like the biggest joke on the planet lol, litterally its funny. So the cost of my goverment and my needs is atleast double that of a better paid country, yet because i have lower salaries and more weapons those costs are drastically cut. Based on what??? Based on what??? BASED ON WHAT!!!!! most countrys that would have weapons would likely have a lower healthcare standard to afford there weapons. Not just magically decrease costs that cant just vanish, like paying for supplies, WHAT? the vender who sell a healthcare establishment costs are based on what the military supplie of the country is? Not there own consumer needs? Like this is a little kid philosophy, to make incentive "for the war game". Little give someone something to promote them to do something else, let me note; taking away costs you cant legitmentally take from things in life, is not how your going to stop players from making new accounts and abusing the rules.

Like really? Can someone else clarify for me; that a cost of supplies does not just magically drop based on maintenance for an army unless it is budget based. You cant just get a discount on surges for haveing over 30 jeeps in the local army base. Atleast iv never though such a thing was true. Can argue "better health for military" but really, were are the increased costs for the increased style??? None??? So i guess the defensive index is the perfect way to project the cost of an index along with people who are paid separate from health. Yet they some how make the cost go up when they have more money to ACTUALLY PAY, not to cost. And yet it doesent matter if the index is 80 or 160, its all up to your defense index to generate the costs of your government. Indexs are just an illusion at this point for game levels it seems, sure thats an overstatement, but really how are things like those determining there costs????? Shouldent paid nurses determine those costs? How many hospitals? How many roads?

Not the payment of my citizens, and the weapons in my country. Those are serperate transactions and payments and affairs. Mixing them up, is just another problem that has been created that will keep the new players away and cycling through accounts. Really 10/10 on the DoE! scale. 2 things that are completely irrelvant to one another, even is aspects of cost; war cant determine the health costs of all there needs unless there going to take something, in which a sitting army does not do that it cost its own assets to pay for, in which would yeah there would be costs cutt, but so would the indexs. So why is there no index cuts but yet costs are cutt? is something broken in the minds of man??? huh

Wondering the same thing. I actually left the game and came back an now i remember why i left. They also need to fix the profit and loss sheet because it isnt updated often and it doesnt help me or even new players coming in. Guys i love this game, dont kill it.
