Navy (Kebir Blue)

as my country is no where near water/sea is there any need for a navy ??

No, but it has nothing to do with being landlocked. Navies function the same regardless of your location relative to ocean. However, GM seriously nerfed navies a couple of months ago so they are no longer worth the expense of upkeep and maintenance for the vast majority of nations.

Sim navies are kind of the the royal navy. Once the proud ruler of the world, now an expensive toy fleet ;-(

ok thanks guys dont think i bother with a fleet then :-)
