Worker issues (Little Upsilon)

An issue with workers still needs to be fixed

Below is my growth of LLW

Next is MLM/HLW

Notice LLW are raising very rapidly and my others are shrinking.

Notice my education hasnt moved a bit

Yet the population keeps growing I’m starting to think this is a GM related issue/update anyone having this same issue. Can we please get this looked into?

all nations have a similar issue they have 200+ education indexs

The MLW and HLW are downgrading to LLW because they are not being used. Education is irrelevant for this issue.

LLW will upgrade to MLW and HLW as needed but not instantly and, equally, they don't downgrade straight away, they take some time.

thats dandy but im short both MLW/HLW ATM
