The Little Upsilon Legislature

The LU World government Legislature is a tri-cameral institution. It consists of the Committee of Joint Chiefs of staff of Federations of Regions. The LU Security Council, and the Committee of Common Market Founders. There are 85 regions on Little Upsilon. There would be a federation who represents each region. There will be 1 federation representing multiple regions. This makes for politics. Here is how legislation would work. If someone in a region wants to start a war of aggression as opposed to a war of empire building, that nation in that region would have to go to the federation chairman of the region, and he would have a vote in the fed. If passed the chairman would bring it to the Joint chiefs for a proposal, and the Majority leader would bring that proposal to the floor for debate, and a vote. If passed it would be approved by the Secretary of State and Secretary General, and then that nation could have a war of aggression with the full support of the LU world government. This is judt general procedure. As people learn how to move through the government, it will get easier to make things happen. I will explain the role of the security council once we learn how the uniting of the federations works. Please give feed back no matter how long you have been playing the game.. If the world of Little Upsilon is not interested in this, then I will stop, and just deal with my own federation, and region. I just want to help the game. I have spent a lot of time building this government to work with the game as well as be democratic,so if nobody cares to move forward, then I will shut it down, or at least set up legislation to close the government because there are many great empires who are involved in the LU world government.

Please Little Upsilon citizens give feedback. I am going to block King Hezekiah's attempt to shut down this government. We worked to hard to build this social network. It is functioning and many newly established nations are reading the forums, and are inboxing me like crazy. It has already begun. There are 14 members who have offically joined the government. The executive administration is fully staffed, and the legislative Branch is coming together. Please Help me stop King Hezekiah.

King Hezekiah, you must reconsider your actions. I will bring you up on charges for treason!! If you are tired of managing this government resign, and allow another be the Secretary General, and manage the government. I am the Chief Justice of the LU International criminal court, and I will use my power to bring you down if you do anything hasty Hezekiah.

why would i want to ask permission to do something from a group of people probably couldn't stop me anyways?

I can not believe you 2 are plotting against me. I brought both of you into the game and the government. I showed you how to play and use the government. I am not trying to shut the government down. I am just trying to get people to say yeah or nay if they want this government.

To answer your question, Orbiter. If we all who love the game agree to go through these procedures, and deal with this government, then it is not asking permission. It is following procedure, which builds politics. The whole reason I joined the government is for the interaction, and international politics. A structure of international politics this is organized, and civil, not this law of the jungle we have now in LU. It is every man for themselves really. The feds mean nothing, or the common markets, or the security council means nothing right now. But through this government, all of them have meaning. SO, to Hezekiah, like I said. You set this government up true. But you are not going to shut it down. If you want to settle this on the battle field we can, but prefer to do this democratically.

King Hez, I have been very loyal to you. I have done my job as the Secretary of LU Security, and done it very well I may add. Through me doing my job as Secretary of Lu Security, nations feel confident in getting the monetary assistance that they need when there is a natural disaster, or nuclear war etc. I lobbied the Security Council to give a nation developmental aid 2 Trillion, and that nation is now one of our fedmates. Our federation controls the Decambra region, and the nations of that region are secure in that fact, and do not rebel against that fact. He have actually stop many noobs from trying to buy into the game just to get nukes to cause war. I did that personally 3 times. SO, I know how to use the government, Hez, and I will not allow you to close it either. I am with Mohamar on this. I don't want to leave your fed, nor do I want to go t war with you. I do have a premium account, now and I am not afraid to use the influence I have gotten to use it. But let us call a general assembly, and just ask the people of LU.

Hezekiah, I just want you to know that I am running against you for fed Chairman in your coming election. Nothing personal. I thought I would just announce it here. Hezkiah, please just finish the site, and once it is finished people will join. we got 14 members, and 8 of them are very large empires. 2 of them are hall of fame Presidents. This is why I was aggressive. You do not threaten to shut the government down. This is Treason!!!!

I am sure it is in the Constitution, but if it is not, you being our representative in the Decambra must bring up this CJCS Legislation.

I will do it, but we are not fully operational on the Legislative side. out of the 85 regions we have 13 Expansionist seats, and 9 Isolationists seats. We have 14 regions with no representation, and I have continents yet to do. I have not started setting up the committee of Common Market founders yet. The LU Security Council page is completed. It won't take long to finish before we can start passing laws, and making moves.
