What happened!?

I, Jack Frost, hereby delegate that the defendant, KingHezekiah, is guilty and shall be removed from the NLUO for a period of no less than a month in which the NLUO may be given the oppertunity to grow and prosper. At which point, the current administration will have the option of allowing him back in.


What this means is that Hezzy is to be removed from the NLUO and is to not talk about it until May 6, 2009 at which time it will be up to the current NLUO chair person to decide whether or not Hezzy will be allowed back within the NLUO. He will start at the bottom and be required to work his way back up.

I know I am banned, but We have had substantial growth resently, and I wanted to post how to use the NLUO, and everyone who has these positions knows how to use them. The main pages to look at are the Chat abd polls page, the news and media page, The think tank forum page, the LU International Court page, and the Election Center page.

Passing Laws in the NLUO: You must go to the Think Tank Policy Forum, and go to a think tank and post a proposal. The Think tank chairman guides the debate, and calls when the debate ends, and when voting on the proposal ends. Then it is set before the NLUO, and voted on at the official Policy page. Last it is taken to the Elite Party Chairman Executive order Forum, by the chairman of the think Tank to be signed into law via a post of the Elite Party Chairman’s Signature, and a few words about the law. Only a think tank member can propose a Policy.

War policies must be voted on by all members of the NLUO, and the Chairman of the Elite Party directs the war policy through the Departments in the administration. No one nation can unilaterlly go to war with another president without a cause for the war, and must go through the Proper channels. These are the proper channels for war with a president. First attempt to get a security Council resolution through the LU Heritage Foundation Think Tank, and if that doesn’t work, then try to organize a presidential boycott against the country. If that doesn’t work, then go to the Department of Defense for a waver for war, and then the Dept of Defense can grant you a war declaration with the consent of the Elite Party Chairman, and the Dept of State. The Dept of Justice, and the Defense dept will monitor your war as well.

Elite Party Chairman Administration: The Elite Party Chairman administration all lobby on behalf of the Elite Party Chairman’s agenda through the Think tanks. Here are the Responsibilities, and lobbying channels for the executive Branch:

Elite Party Chairman: They are the leader of the Elite Party, and ultimately the leader of the NLUO World Government. The chairman has the final say in policy. The rest of the party would need a unanamous vote to overide the decison of the chairman. The Elite Party Chairman has a 10 Little Upsilon year Term. The Secretaries of the Elite Party Adminitration are chosen the the Elite Party Chairman.

Secratary of State: They focus on the foreign policies of the NLUO, and are the representatives of the NLUO World Government in diplomacy. They must loby the Little Upsilon Foundation think tank to get their foreign policy agendas through. If they feel war is neccessary they must loby the Elite Party Chairman, Little Upsilon Foundation think tank, and the Little Upsilon think tank. They also lobby the LU Heritage foundation think tank for influence over the Security Council, and then lobby the Little Upsilon Security Council for resolutions and developmental aid. The Secretary of Stateis nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.

Secretary of Defense: They focus on the war policies of the NLUO, and run the wars of the NLUO. They must lobby the Little Upsilon Foundation think tank to get their war policy agendas through based on foreign policy and converse with the Secretary of State for final policy. If they feel war is neccessary they must lobby the Elite Party Chairman, Little Upsilon Foundation think tank, and the Little Upsilon think tank. They also lobby the Little Upsilon Security Council for resolutions , and organize Presidential Boycotts. The are nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.
Secretary of Treasury: They focus on the financial policies of the NLUO World Government. They must lobby the LU Heritage Foundation think tank for influence over the Little Upsilon Security Council, and then lobby the Little Upsilon Security Council for developmental aid. They also lobby contributing nations for budgets on developmental aid. They also regulate the common markets through the A New LU Foundation think tank. They are nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.

Secretary of Little Upsilon Security: They focus on the security of the World of Little Upsilon, and monitor Nuclear war, natural disasters. They lobby the Lu Heritage foundation think tank for influence over the security Council for resoluionts, and developmental aid for disasters, and nuclear war. They also work with the Secretary of State, Defense, and Treasury for their policy agenda. They are nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.

Secretary Of Justice: They focus on domestic issues, and monitor peace treaties. They work with the Secretary of State, Defense, and Little Upsilon Security for thei policy agendas. They also keep records of propaganda, and monitor rogue nations, and dispatch spies for intelligence. They are nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.

Secretary of Product Research: They focus on the direction of product research. They acess the risks in investments, corporate risk investments on the world markets, common markets, etc. They also focus on corporating building, and empire building ect. They work with the Secretary of LU Security, Secretary of Defense, Council on Foreign Relations, and Secretary of Treasury. They must lobby A New LU Reform Institute Think tank, A New LU Foundation Think Tank to get hteir policies across. They are nominated by the Elite Party Chairman.

If you have no power you must lobby one of these Departments to get your proposal off the ground, or lobby the Elite Party Speaker.
