Hey guys. I'm having a bit of a cash flow problem. I am playing sensibly and trying to build a good healthy country but I am finding that some belligerent neighbours have forced me to spend a lot on defending myself and now I am struggling to keep my finances in the green. I would be very grateful if the security council could give me some aid to help me develop. Thank you.
