I am looking to partner with a large or small country doesn't matter. Preferably one with a good surplus population and lowish corporate tax rate.
I would prefer one that isn't in the middle of a massive war if possible.
In return, I will build corporations that correspond to the products you need as long as you keep me fat and happy. Common market not required.
