High Leader,
Go to your country's "employment" index and scroll down to where it says "health care workers". There will be a line there that says something like "needed for new facilities". This is how many of each (nurses, doctors, senior doctors) you need for what you have on order. Each hospital needs 1700 nurses, 550 doctors, and 300 senior doctors. So for your 11 ordered hospitals you're going to need 18,700 nurses, 6050 doctors, and 3300 senior doctors.
If you don't have them (or be reasonably close) cancel some of your orders. This is important because if you don't have the people to staff your hospitals the game will shut them down and it will be money wasted.
If you're not using automatic settings make sure your education priorities are set to graduate what you need.
Hospitals are important, but in the beginning it's more important to develop your schools and universities. They are what graduates your people to be managers, high tech people, teachers, and health care folks. If you don't have the schools and universities to train them, your whole country will suffer. Your corps won't be able to get the right workers and will start hiring less. Less hiring, less money coming in.
Take care of that hospital situation ASAP. If you put your country name down I could glance at it and give some suggestions.
Good luck, welcome to LU.
