Mi ta long | Saturday, December 7, 2024 - 04:24 pm This issue has been here for YEARS!! Given a manual salary corporation, then change salary levels to automatic in manual automation window. It does not do anything. The salary just remains fixed. Also there is no option inside the corporate page to change salaries to automatic and actually be that. |
hymy1 | Saturday, December 7, 2024 - 08:26 pm Well it may be, but you don't want to use auto salaries anyway. All it does is lower the salaries during periods of low profit, and raise salaries during high profit. Mostly under most conditions the optimum salary is 30 anyway, so that's probably where the auto setting would go anyway. There isn't alot difference in most cases between 30 and 200, so I set mine to 100. It's a little hand wavy, as doing a full analysis of optimal salary is time consuming and I've only analyzed maybe 30 of them. |
Oxydoor | Saturday, December 21, 2024 - 01:55 am i guess you have to check the box " Set Target Salary Index " and then enter the value. it worked for me. and you have to buttons to confirm. the upper one is for the ones you enter manually, the buttom one is if you set the same salary for all of them |
