| Saturday, August 10, 2024 - 12:25 am I think I found a simple solution for this. The default theme for new players has the "Applet Window background" set to white. If we change the default theme to another, or correct the "Applet Window background" to another colour, it should fix the above. Unfortunately I've been playing around with the themes and I don't recall the name of the default one.

| Monday, August 19, 2024 - 02:28 pm As a note, this happened again when conquering a country. The conquered country had the default theme and, for some reason, I received all the messages and pop-ups you get when you started playing all over again.
