Haven't sold population for over two weeks. What is the cooldown time?

Please check the numbers of the population in the age groups.
If there are no interventions, the groups will have a natural distribution with somr natuaral death in all age groups that depends on the health index.
when there are sales of population, numbers may vary much more.
in some situation the country cannot be sold.
if you wait for some time, natural balance will return.
I don't remember seeing this message for a long time. |

The country in question has had zero population sales. I sold population from another country.
I still am unable to sell from that country and still get that error message.
How would I check to see if there are "interventions."
Are you saying higher health index can help here?

This is very old but important.
Selling population is considered harmful and it influences all your countries.
it has a depressing effect on your score which is repaired very slowly.
In general, population sales are remembered for some time and selling countries after such events is prohibited.
there was a time, presidents sold a lot of population for gold coins, then sold or deregister the country.
This is possible but the entire empire is suffering a drop of its score and it takes a long time to repair.
our advise is not to sell population.
the repair time can be reduced is you repurchase population. |
