Hello,
Im sorry to bring this up but I was hoping for some assistance regarding the extension of my account/membership.
At least three times in the past 24 hours I have had to extend my ownership of my enterprise to July 04, 2023, but the extension (and the gold coins I have used to extend it) keeps disappearing with every new game month. Thus, every game month I have paid the 30 gold coins, extended my membership to June 2023, and then repeat this process anew, four to six hours later. The gold coins I have paid in each extension do not come back into my account, so is there some way to make the renewal stick? Thus far I am already down 120 coins in this process.
My original/main country is still valid and is extended with my membership until March of 2024, so that part is fine. The problem seems to be solely with my enterprise.
Thank you for your help, I appreciate all the work you are doing with the game and the updates you have been adding. Been playing Simcountry for a bit now and love the improvements!

My apologies on the omission of names and locations!
The enterprise facing the problem is the 'Lothbrok Management Firm', and the country (not experiencing the problem currently) is 'The Lothbrok Republic'. Both the enterprise and country are on Kebir Blue, continent of Lacerta. If it would help I have roughly a dozen screenshots of my ongoing attempts at renewals from the last 4-5 days which I can email to you if needed!

Sorry to bring this up again, but is there any update regarding the possible glitch in my enterprise extensions/renewal? It's been roughly a month in total of attempting to extend my enterprise on Kebir Blue, Lothbrok Management Firm. While it accepts the gold coins, hours later it resets and will not allow me to view/access my enterprise until I pay the gold coins for the extension again.
