A while ago I had a enterprise request to build a corp in my country and I accepted but the corp never got built. The workers were reserved for the corp and till this day are still shown as reserved even when the pending corp box is no longer there. The reserved workers get subtracted from my available unemployed leaving me unable to use them in building new corps. It’s not the first time this happens and I don’t know why it keeps happening. Normally I contact Andy when this happens and he helps me resolve it but he hasn’t been getting back to me this time.

I always answer all mails.
sometimes, when very busy, it can take several says.

This problem occurs when you start building something (schools, hospitals, corporations) and then cancel the building process.

It is a very old error.
I remember there war a problem fixing it. I will look again.

You can build a new corporations.
the numbers show as if the workers are not available but when building anyway, it just works.

I will clean up.
