My country does the same thing. I get the cash amount positive then next game month it goes negative by about 2t. I am about ready to stop playing this game because of it. |

Check your country purchases, country constantly purchases supplies for you and your citizens. If that's the problem, in order strategies, change everything from any to 120 and it'll help a bit. |

If your country is New Cambria on LU then your employment is really low.
Build some high profit corps, make sure you have 100% of needed workers. You'll need a lot of HTE and HTS as the corps upgrade so adjust your ed priorities if needed.
Then get your indices up, your welfare index is also low. |

many enterprises do the same.
If your country does not, than it is not working as it should.
