There are some records there with an error.

If you scroll down the officers offers, there are many there than can be used.

I waited a couple of days now to get my pro officers and soldiers...
There is a demand, and lots of pro officers and soldiers available, but it wont finish the deal.
How long should I wait? |

You should use the available offers on the market and you get the soldiers and officers immediately.
you have asked to purchase from players but then you need to wait for players to sell soldiers.
most players do not want to sell. |
